These are the operational guidelines that Treksimms.org uses on a daily basis. If you have any questions regarding our actions, or possible actions, please read below.

Hosting Service

1. In order to receive a contract within Treksimms.org, the person wishing to have a site MUST have a recommendation from an existing subscriber.

2. We must have an active e-mail address for the length of your contract. If at any time an e-mail address becomes inactive or no response is solicited in a reasonable amount of time, the contract will be terminated and all rights and privileges will be removed.

Contract Service

1. Active contracts are those sites that can show player activity on a monthly basis. If no activity is shown in a monthly period:

(a) your contract domain name and database will be removed;
(b) all access to the FTP and database will be removed.

NOTE:

Because of the above policy, please make sure to keep an updated copy of your database. Treksimms is run by people, and we do make errors at times.

Copyrights and Credits

1. All images that do not come pre-installed with your corresponding software must have proper copyrights and or credits listed on your credits page. Treksimms handles violations of this rule on a case by case basis.

2. Content on every site must match our basic PG-13 rating. Exceptions to the rule are as follows:

(a) You are given permission to have a higher rating, and it is stated on the main page of your site and in the application;
(b) Your fleet has given you a higher PG rating, in which case the rating needs to be listed on the main page and application

3. Characters and posts are considered copy written to its creator. Any form of plagiarism is fully investigated by Treksimms. Results of said investigation will be handled on a case by case basis.
